Louis Weeks, Junior

Mandolin Messiah

Baltimore, MD

Birthday: August 20th, 1988
Major: English/Music
Best Feature: Anxious Bags

A natural musician, Louis Weeks plays four instruments: mandolin, guitar, piano, and your heartstrings. The only question looming over the Baltimore-born heartthrob’s plan to become a professional singer/songwriter is not whether he has the talent to do so, but whether he’ll be able to make enough money to pay child support to all the women he impregnates with his puppy-dog eyes and melancholic lyrics along the way.

Because he recognizes how important neurosis is to his growth as an artist, Louis maintains a safe distance from his advantages and accolades, focusing instead on things that nurture his artistic angst—a list that includes Meddie alum Kevin Wilcox, red Jell-O, and frisky, middle-aged women named Gloria.

In addition to being a key member of the tenor section, Louis is an indispensable offensive weapon during pick-up football games. He can frequently be seen mincing daintily across the formation while his teammates divert the defense’s attention by colliding with one another. But Louis generally prefers European football, and plays on Bowdoin’s junior varsity squad. He wears a size 14 soccer boot. That's right ladies: size 14.
